We sensitize, upscale and deepen the culture of urban-rural linkages in planning and development. We offer advisory services, technical and professional support in urban-rural relations upon request by governments, regional bodies and agencies as well as municipal local government in African countries. The aim is to increase the number of sustainable development practitioners with URL know-how through training to sensitize policy makers as well as build requisite skills capacity of planners and development managers in urban and territorial (rural) development planning and management.
